The Role…

We are looking for a charismatic, highly organized, social individual, with experience realising quality events from concept to execution. A passionate team player with excellent drive and attention to detail and a natural ability to build relationships and keep projects on time and in budget. With the evolving shape of our events offerings, the successful candidate should be flexible and open to change.

As the Senior Events Producer you will be responsible for delivering partner-led events, mid to large scale Soho House owned events, and more. You will have a strong background in event production and be able to pick up projects and manage them end to end, as well as support on the larger events. This role will work into the Event Director UK & EU and sits within Member Events.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Must have strong event production experience and be confident to deliver projects from ideation through to execution
  • Strong supplier and stakeholder management experience
  • Budget Management – solid understanding of budget creation, cost control and expense reporting
  • Must have experience establishing and developing productive relationships with agency teams, brands, clients and suppliers
  • Health & Safety – a good understanding of Health & Safety requirements to produce events is essential
  • Hospitality/F&B experience – experience working with chefs, caterers, drinks suppliers, FOH staff is a bonus
  • Global experience – experience producing events in multiple regions (UK, Europe) is a bonus
  • Network – must have an excellent black book of talent, venues, producers, agencies and supplier contacts
  • Assist wider events team in other areas of the business (events focused)
  • Confidently talk through all your events to Heads of Department in the weekly events meetings

Desired Skills and Experience 


  • Event Production – 6+ years’ experience in event production. Please note this role requires extensive event production skills and experience, this is not an event curation/programming role
  • The role requires a fast learner with strong project management, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
