We are looking for "Sales Accommodation Manager" will be responsible for;

Main Duties…

  • Identifies new travel trade & corporate business to achieve personal and hotel revenue goals.
  • Understands the overall market - competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them.
  • Develop positive relationships with clients
  • Generate and maintain customers of the Travel Trade and Corporate segment through various sales activities like face to face sales calls, telephone calls, entertainment, etc.
  • Closes the best opportunities for the hotel based on market conditions and hotel needs.
  • Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed set targets
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
  • Prepares weekly report about the accounts and their production.
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Efficient and friendly support to other Team Members in the other departments
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Revenue Generation

Requirements/ Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant role(s)
  • Excellent analytical skills and confidence in manipulating data in Excel and other tools
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Proven experience in Sales Management within the accommodation or hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry and market trends
