Job Description:
- Maximize room revenues through a thorough understanding of all booking channels, managing inventory and rate accordingly
- Liaise with Reservations, Front Office and Sales to ensure the highest level of guest service is maintained while maximizing profit
- Play an active role in the strategic plan, marketing plan and budgeting processes
- Ensures accurate and timely preparation of analytical reports
- Deliver to our guests a total passion and commitment to excellence
- Take full responsibility with general enquiries, reservations, correspondence and updating guests history
- Take responsibility for ensuring room-type overbookings are sorted in good time
- Responsible for training all Reception staff on Reservation
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all reservation systems to optimize average room rate and occupancy
- Demonstrate full understanding and efficient operation of telephone and paging systems.
