The Role… 

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Regional Head Chef to support the Executive Chef in delivering operational excellence across multiple sites. This role is crucial in maintaining high culinary standards, ensuring consistency, and driving efficiency in processes and cost management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for product, leadership and training and be willing to work with a hands-on approach.

Main Duties...

  • Support training, development, and onboarding of Senior Chefs and kitchen leaders.
  • Identify and bridge internal talent into senior roles (e.g. SCDP to Junior Sous).
  • Partner with the Executive Chef to assess training needs and improve kitchen performance.
  • Lead kitchen preparation, training, and support for new openings and relaunches.
  • Provide onsite troubleshooting and operational support during openings or events.
  • Maintain strong visibility across sites, engaging teams and ensuring compliance.
  • Evaluate site performance, giving clear feedback and recommendations.
  • Standardise menus, specs, and processes to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Assist in wage, cost, and labour analysis to meet financial and efficiency goals.
  • Uphold health, safety, and EHO compliance through training, audits, and site visits.

What we are looking for...

  • Up to 3-5 years’ experience in a busy kitchen within a senior management capacity
  • Innovator and influencer with previous experience managing F&B operations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships (internal and external)
  • Strong attention to details
  • Excellent customer service
  • Fluent in English
  • Organised and reliable
