Cecconi’s Mayfair…
Enzo Cecconi, the youngest-ever general manager of hotel Cipriani in Venice, opened Cecconi’s in London’s Mayfair in 1978. It became part of the Soho House family in 2004. On Burlington Garden, in Mayfair It’s a modern day classic Italian restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Serving handmade pasta, seafood and dishes from Italy using the finest ingredients.
The Role…
We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our Central London team at Cecconi's Mayfair (W1S 3EP). he Pastry Chef is responsible for preparing and baking various goods, such as cakes, cookies, pies, and bread on our club menu. You’ll manage ingredient stocks, maintain equipment, guide and train staff, and ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
What we are looking for...
- 1-2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile kitchen
- Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
- Sense of urgency
- Yes, yes, yes mentality
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
- Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required
Cecconi’s Mayfair Opening Hours:
Mon – Fri – 7am to 12am
Saturday – 8am – 12am
Sunday 8am – 11pm
