Job Description
- Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Find and contact customer to ask about their overdue payments
- Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
- Process payments and refunds
- Resolve billing and customer credit issues
- Report on collection activity
- Handle questions or complaints
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutionsand/or alternatives
