Kitchen Administrator - Soho House Amsterdam 

As a Kitchen Administrator with Soho House, your role is to make sure that our Kitchens both Club and Cecconi’s have an organization and control of the administration all the time.

Your main responsibilities are to support the Kitchen teams in the smooth running of service and administration. This includes ensuring support during the service in the Club’s Kitchen and/or Cecconi’s Kitchen..

Main duties 

  • Receiving the products, and items from both kitchens
  • Storage the products and items in the correct place.
  • Control of the temperatures of the fridges and cameras.
  • Responsible to make the orders in our program ADACO of the products and items needed at the Kitchens both Club and Cecconi’s.
  • Ensure that everything is up to date at our program ADACO.
  • Ensure a correct stock control of the Kitchens both Club and Cecconi’s.
  • Supporting the team with any of their needs on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Flexibility on daily task; help our goods receivers into owing goods 

What we are looking for

A successful Kitchen Coordinator for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.

  • Previous experience with purchasing systems like ADACO
  • Passion for Food, drinks and hospitality
  • Strong attention to details
  • Excellent time management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a big plus, any other language is welcome) 
  • Organized and reliable
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • You are flexible to work on weekends and evenings
