White City House…

Located in the former BBC headquarters in West London, White City House features 1960s-style interiors, a state-of-the-art gym and rooftop pool and bar. The club features a screening room, a Cecconi’s Northern Italian restaurant, our Japanese restaurant Pen Yen with cabaret performances, plus daily music and event programming. In addition, we have 45 bedrooms housed within the original Grade-II listed Helios building.

The Role… 

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to work with our fantastic Housekeeping team. As Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll lead the housekeeping team ensuring they comply with high standards of cleanliness and sanitation protocol within the rooms and public areas. 

Main Duties…

  • To assign Housekeeping Attendants sections and prepare daily work sheets.
  • To support the completion of all annual and mid-year team performance reviews.
  • To assist in the selection process for new team members when necessary
  • To supervise daily Housekeeping shift operations and ensure compliance with all housekeeping policies, standards and procedures.
  • To, when necessary, be “hands-on” and service rooms or public areas and cover the evening housekeeper shift as required.
  • To check accommodation and public areas daily, to ensure cleanliness is of the required standard
  • To ensure the department has proper supplies, equipment and uniform
  • To act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Maintenance, Front Office and Laundry
  • Training, scheduling, evaluating, disciplining, motivating and coaching employees
  • To regularly inspect all fixtures, fittings and appliances ensuring they are of the required standard and recommend any actions to be taken

What we are looking for...

  • Up to 3-5 years’ experience in housekeeping 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships (internal and external)
  • Strong attention to details
  • Excellent customer service
  • Fluent in English
  • Organised and reliable
  • Ability to work and maximize relationships within a diverse team

White City House Opening Hours: 

Mon – Weds – 7am – 1am

Thursday – 7am – 2am

Friday – 7am – 3am

Saturday – 8am – 3am

Sunday – 8am – 12am
