The place…
Located in the Gothic Quarter, opposite Port Vell, the House has a private Club for our Members. The Health Club offers innovative options for taking care of our bodies and minds. We also have 56 rooms, a private cinema room, and our signature Cecconi's restaurant. 
As Housekeeping supervisor you will promote Soho House and its concept, while achieving maximum Member and Guest satisfaction.
Main Duties…
• Assist the Housekeeping Manager and Housekeeping Assistant by supervising and motivating the team to ensure that Members and Guests receive prompt, courteous, and intuitive service.
• Open and close shifts and ensure an effective shift change (i.e., briefings).
• Possess in-depth knowledge of room types, layouts, and facilities.
• Maintain accurate inventory in housekeeping service areas
• Conduct daily inspections of all public and service areas (i.e., housekeeping service areas) to ensure that furnishings, fixtures, and equipment are clean, in good condition, well-maintained, and refreshed as needed
• Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms to ensure that furnishings, fixtures, and equipment are clean, in good condition, well-maintained, and refreshed as needed. 
• Personally assist other members of the Housekeeping team with their tasks when necessary.
• Ensure that all occupied rooms receive daily turndown service upon request by the Guest/Member, or as instructed by the relevant Department (e.g., Front Desk), thus guaranteeing compliance with Soho House standards
• Maintain effective communication within the department and with all relevant departments
• Coordinate with the Housekeeping Manager, Assistant Housekeeping Manager, and Front Desk Manager to address the needs of Members, Guests, and the House.
• Keep the General Manager/Assistant General Manager, House Manager, and Housekeeping Manager informed of any issues that arise.
• Train new employees and interns when necessary.
• Ensure the best appearance at all times.

What We are looking for...
A successful Housekeeping Supervisor for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.
