We are looking for "House Manager (Rooms Division)" with the qualifications below:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Rooms Division or Front Office in the hospitality industry
  • Bachelor degree in related departments
  • Spoken and written fluency in English and in Turkish
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Good knowledge of all Hotel Departments
  • Comfortable using hotel systems such as Opera and Salesforce
  • Understanding of budgeting and financial reporting
  • Guest-focused and solution-oriented approach
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

  • Promote Soho House and its concept, whilst achieving the highest member and guest satisfaction
  • Provide direct leadership and support to employees
  • Lead by example, setting an energetic pace and standards within the teams
  • Set up all operating systems i.e. Opera, Sales Force and Reservations system, monitor the market for systems that can improve efficiency
  • Review and assess budget with the GM and HFA on regular basis
  • Responsible for establishing systems, policies and procedures for all departments with continuous review and assessment
  • Involved in marketing activities, actively promoting
  • Creates an operating environment across Rooms Division that assures consistent guest satisfaction
  • Monitors the performance of the Rooms Division through verification and analysis of guest/member satisfaction and financial reports. Initiates corrective action.
  • Setting up reservations department and overseeing the efficiencies and consistency of the department
  • Carries out preventive maintenance programs to protect the physical assets of the hotel
  • Ensure employee compliance with company standards and policies and external regulations
  • Ensure working hours are logged (daily/weekly) for accurate payroll purposes for all departments you are responsible for
  • Train and develop the team to deliver to Soho standards and exceed customer’s expectations
  •  Provide analysis of P&L on a weekly basis to GM & HFA
  • Housekeeping and Front Office Departments will report directly to this position
