Finance Administrator - Soho House Amsterdam

As Finance Accountant you will be taking care of ad-hoc tasks and providing ongoing support to the Finance team. 

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar finance or administrative role
  • Completed MBO level education in Finance, Administration, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Daily Tasks

  • Managing
  • and maintaining the mailbox
  • Performing cash reconciliation
  • Bank postings and Revenue Uploads
  • Handling accounts payable (AP) processes, including obtaining necessary approvals and processing supplier payments

Weekly / Monthly Tasks

  • Assisting with Cost of Sales (COS) control reporting
  • Payment processing
  • Supporting month-end closing procedures and preparations
  • Coordinating with other departments for accurate financial data
