Finance Administrator - Soho House Amsterdam
As Finance Accountant you will be taking care of ad-hoc tasks and providing ongoing support to the Finance team.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar finance or administrative role
- Completed MBO level education in Finance, Administration, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Daily Tasks
- Managing
- and maintaining the mailbox
- Performing cash reconciliation
- Bank postings and Revenue Uploads
- Handling accounts payable (AP) processes, including obtaining necessary approvals and processing supplier payments
Weekly / Monthly Tasks
- Assisting with Cost of Sales (COS) control reporting
- Payment processing
- Supporting month-end closing procedures and preparations
- Coordinating with other departments for accurate financial data
