The Role...
Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, you’ll be responsible for seasonal product creation and launch, site maintenance and optimsations, daily reporting and site checks including order flow management.
It’s a fast-paced environment and we are looking for a candidate who is organised, proactive, with strong attention to detail and able to meet tight deadlines.

Main duties:
- Manage seasonal and ad hoc product launches, ensuring content, imagery and categorisation are on-brand and in adherence to the critical path
- Responsible for site, product and category checks, ensuring accuracy of content displayed
- Implement onsite visual merchandising strategy as required and optimise products for organic search rankings
- Support the wider team with daily sales tracking
- Responsible for weekly product reporting (bestsellers, category assortment, new product/seasons) and out of stock notifications
- Support with ad-hoc reporting including price change insight, trend research and category analysis
- Assist with weekly preorder additions to site, including updating any trackers and highlighting any areas of risk (.e.g units, delivery dates)
- Support with order flow management, backorder checks, stalled orders and communicate any issues to the wider business
- Support the wider team with ad hoc testing for new features or delivery rules on site
Supporting responsibilities:
- Assist the eCommerce team with the day to day maintenance of the the Soho Home website
- Support with online promotions, assisting with setup, testing and post-campaign analysis
- Key point of contact with support and retail teams to identify and resolve issues with products or orders
- Must be flexible, where necessary, to work out of hours when required to support 24/7 website operationsWhat we are looking for:
- Previous experience within a head office retail role (e.g. operations, merchandising, ecommerce), minimum 1 year
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple work streams
- Analytical platform experience desired, e.g. Google Analytics and Content Square
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems
