Sodexo is seeking a Training Manager for the Parkview Health System located in Fort Wayne, IN. This Manager will be the subject matter expert leading learning opportunities for our Managers and Frontline employees within Food, Facilities, and Environmental Services.

What You'll Do

  • Administer, organize, and conduct educational programs in connection with management and promotional development
  • On-the-job training, and employee orientation
  • Identify training needs
  • Understands training resources in Division
  • Maintain records of training activities and employee progress
  • Monitor effectiveness of programs
