• Collaborate with suites, warehouse, beverage, and events managers on event-specific operations.
• Communicate clearly with beverage, warehouse, and suites teams to ensure prompt and efficient service.
• Ensure all necessary items and equipment are prepared, transported, cleaned, returned, and stored after each event.
• Work alongside suites attendants on the set-up, service, and breakdown of all event items, including tables, chairs, linens, equipment, food, and beverages.
• Supervise in-house and outsourced staff to ensure high service standards and professional presentation.
• Reinforce service procedures and departmental SOPs to deliver flawless events.
• Move and set up beverage equipment and vendor-related items while maintaining proper safety practices.
• Keep management informed of any emergent issues within the department.
• Assist with inventory, cleaning, and organizing equipment.
• Ensure proper care is taken with all inventory, including glassware, silver, tableware, and linens.
• Perform in multiple roles as needed in food and beverage service.
• Maintain proper stock levels of all suites equipment.
• Follow safe storage, service, and sanitation practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Related field of study or equivalent combination of training and/or experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must meet legal requirements to serve alcohol in Miami-Dade County.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in banquets, catering, or special events management preferred.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience with strong customer service skills required.
• Effective communication, coaching, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills required.

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (e.g., storage bins, equipment).
• Must be able to maneuver in tight or crowded environments.
• Hours are often extended or irregular, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Pay Rate: $20-$24 per hour (commensurate with experience).
• Hours: 35-40 hours per week.
