Located 10 miles from downtown Los Angeles, the Pasadena Convention Center is the premier meeting and events venue in the heart of Pasadena! Nestled in the Civic Center District, the Pasadena Convention Center accommodates meetings of all sizes with spacious exhibit halls, an expansive ballroom and over a dozen breakout rooms.
Location: We are seeking an experienced Starbucks Supervisor for the Pasadena Convention Center!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Maximize customer satisfaction by ensuring Starbucks baristas prepare and serve coffee drinks, beverages and snack items in accordance with Sodexo Live! and Starbucks standards and guest expectations.
• Actively oversee and participate in preparation, set-up, service, break-down and cleanup of store.
• Uphold Sodexo Live's standards for guest service, safety, sanitation, and product quality.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum one (1) year Starbucks Managerial experience
• Coffee experience preferred
• Cashiering experience
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
Must have flexible work schedule to work early mornings, weekends and holidays.
Other requirements:
Must be able to work in extremes of cold to heat.
Must be able to exert well-paced mobility to maneuver quickly among different areas of the facility.
As a condition of employment, proof of COVID vaccination may be required (subject to limited exceptions).
