LVH Muhlenberg is 195 bed hospital centrally located in the Lehigh Valley, providing convenient access to emergency or planned care whether you live in Bethlehem, Catasauqua, Northampton, Nazareth, Easton or beyond. Just a short drive away from the "City of Brotherly Love", Philadelphia, PA.

What You'll Do

The Sous Chefwill support a team of frontline culinary associates and be responsible for all back of the house operations in retail, catering and patient services.

If you have a strong culinary background and are experienced delivering consistent high-quality food, you are encouraged to apply now!

The successful candidate will:

  • have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product;
  • can demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC), and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.
