Sodexo Healthcare is seeking a Senior Manager - Contract Administrator for Operational Support for our HTM operations. This position will have national scope for all Sodexo HTM business.

What You'll Do
As a Senior Manager - Contract Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting Sodexo's HTM operations by managing vendor contracts and driving strategic service delivery across the organization. You will:
- Lead vendor contract management for HTM service providers, including sourcing, negotiating, and maintaining contracts, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
- Analyze service strategies for high-end medical equipment and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with business users to align contract activities with corporate procurement and vendor management goals.
- Facilitate contract strategy meetings to define service plans, address client requirements, and guide pricing discussions.
- Oversee contract development and ensure compliance with organizational standards and ethical practices.
- Conduct regular contract review meetings to monitor performance, budget adherence, and service delivery outcomes.

What You Bring
You are a strategic thinker and skilled negotiator with a deep understanding of medical equipment and vendor management. Your qualifications include:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
- Knowledge of medical equipment across multiple modalities, including imaging and biomedical technologies.
- Proven experience in developing and evaluating service contracts, RFPs, scopes of work, and pricing structures.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to integrity, flexibility, and professionalism.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated negotiation, conflict resolution, and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience engaging with vendor representatives and senior management to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years in operations, operations support, or a related field
