Sodexo is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Manager, Marketing Automation to join our team supporting the Healthcare and Seniors segment. This pivotal role will focus on designing and copywriting marketing materials that drive engagement across account-based marketing campaigns, digital channels, and presentations.You will develop communication materials that adhere to brand identity standards, collaborate closely with the downstream marketing team to understand their needs, manage project timelines, and align with business objectives. Advanced PowerPoint design skills are essential for success in this position.

What You'll Do

• Design and produce visually compelling art and copy layouts for account-based marketing campaigns, electronic media, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Onsite roll-out and ongoing client material templates for priority segment brands;
• Support retention priority marketing needs related to retention ABM campaigns (Healthcare segment);
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations for development of content and execution for ABM targeted focused activity (Seniors segment);
• Update materials as needed to support revenue driving programs such as Malnutrition and Core4; and
• Create persuasive email campaigns to engage and convert B2B prospects and clients.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in marketing automation, design, and copywriting, preferably in Healthcare or Seniors markets;
• Experience working in a matrixed environment, collaborating across operations;
• Strong expertise in PowerPoint with advanced design capabilities;
• Excellent communication and project management skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams to meet deadlines and business objectives; and
• Attention to detail with a strong sense of brand consistency.
