Senior Manager, Commercial Sales Operations
Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Manager, Commercial Sales Operations to lead the design and execution of scalable systems that accelerate sales growth. This role blends program management, sales enablement, and data-driven insights to streamline deal processes, improve conversion velocity, and equip sales teams with the tools and messaging they need to succeed. Operating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, this leader will transform customer insights and configurable offers into actionable sales content, performance dashboards, and repeatable processes that strengthen commercial performance and maximize business impact. This is a United States based remote position.

What You'll Do
- Program Management & Execution (45%)
Lead end-to-end deal process optimization across U.S. segments, coordinating cross-functional teams to deploy tools, drive adoption, and establish governance standards. Anticipate risks, manage dependencies and track milestones to ensure timely and successful rollout of all initiatives. - Data & Insights (35%)
Build dashboards to monitor funnel health, deal velocity, and conversion impact; deliver actionable insights to leadership and integrate KPIs into performance reviews. Analyze quantitative and qualitative inputs to inform program design, identify opportunity gaps, and recommend strategic improvements. - Field Enablement & Adoption (10%)

Translate offers into sales-ready messaging and enablement content; partner with Sales Enablement and Marketing to deliver training and collect feedback.
Monitor KPIs, refine tools and messaging, sunset underperforming assets, and provide quarterly impact updates to senior leadership.

What You Bring
- 7-10+ years of experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, or strategy consulting.
- Advanced analytical skills with expertise in Excel, Salesforce, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strategic mindset with ability to connect customer insights and segmentation to growth strategy.
- Program and change management capabilities; PMP or Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
- Proven cross-functional leadership across sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Customer-centric orientation with strong ability to translate complex offers into clear, persuasive sales tools.
- Experience with CRM Platforms; familiarity with pricing models or contracting processes is a plus.
