Senior Manager, Area General
Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Area General Manager to lead food service operations for a high-profile Corporate Services National Account across the U.S. This portfolio includes a diverse mix of cafés, catering, micro-markets, and office coffee services, offering a unique opportunity to drive innovation and excellence in workplace dining.
In this high-profile role, the Sr. Area General Manager will manage daily operations, financial performance, team development, and client relations. Responsibilities include budgeting, strategic planning, marketing, HR functions, and ensuring exceptional service standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, including high-end, large-volume catering, with proven success in budget management, team leadership, and client engagement. Excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams are essential for success in this role. The candidate must reside within communitng distance of Nashua, NH and have the ability to travel across the portfolio. 90% of the role is based in Nashua NH

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 5 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) services
