Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support multiple segments across our organization. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, results-driven HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will play a key role in supporting HR operations, employee communications, and data management while ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional service.

What You'll Do

  • Process a variety of HR transactions including manager changes, work location updates, pay adjustments, promotions, transfers, and bonus payments.
  • Support special HR projects and initiatives across segments.
  • Create and analyze HR reports and business metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with employees, peers, and senior leaders.
  • Stay current with changes in Sodexo HR policies and systems.
  • Utilize tools such as EDW, EV4, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Smartsheet, and Power BI Query to manage and report HR data.

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a generalist or support services role.
  • Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems; experience with Smartsheet is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present data.
  • High level of professionalism, empathy, and discretion when handling sensitive employee matters.
  • Ability to shift seamlessly between employee support and independent research tasks.
