Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a Retail Food Service Manager at Nebraska Medical Center located in Omaha, NE. This Food Service Manager will help manage the evening food and retail locations throughout the hospital. This manager will be a hands-on leader with a strong background in directing food service teams in a high-volume environment.
The schedule is primarily 12pm-9pm / Wednesday-Sunday with some flexibility.

What You'll Do
- direct and oversee all retail food operations for the hospital (Starbucks, Restaurant, Cafés, Convenient Store, and Micro-Market)
- manage, develop and engage with supervisors and frontline employees
- interact with customers, hospital staff, and visitors to ensure customer satisfaction
- oversee cash handing processes and POS programming and maintenance
- maintain all product merchandising, marketing and ordering standards are in place
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations
