Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a Program Specialist in the Purchase to Pay Department at the Finance Shared Services office in Cheektowaga, NY.
What You'll Do
- Support Sodexo's commercial and passenger vehicle and allowance programs, policies, and procedures.
- Work closely with Sodexo's fleet management partner to process both commercial and passenger vehicle purchases. This includes payment of invoices, vehicle asset and insurance setup, obtaining approvals, and managing asset tags.
- Manage the input of vehicle data in Sodexo's fleet management system and update as needed.
- Vehicle transfer and disposal processing within online portals.
- Provide accident or maintenance repair support to Sodexo drivers.
- Support Sodexo locations and drivers with vehicle research and resolving unique problems.
- Provide customer service to Sodexo locations/employees including shared mailbox management, customer request tracking, and phone calls.
- Provide backup documentation upon request to reconcile vehicle charges from fleet management partner invoices.
- Vendor setups/changes related to vehicle activity.
- Resolve tolls and driving violations including determining who is responsible for payment.
