Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 to join our team at NYC Health + Hospitals/McKinney, a 5-Star Rated facility known for its welcoming atmosphere and deep roots in the Brooklyn community. McKinney offers both short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing services within a 320-bed environment.
In this role, you will lead and participate in all aspects of patient meal service operations using the Cook/Chill meal delivery system. You'll play a vital role in ensuring a positive dining experience for our residents by driving quality, safety, and service excellence.

What You'll Do
- Conduct daily patient meal rounding to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
- Perform tray audits and assessments to maintain quality standards
- Train and develop frontline staff, promoting high performance and engagement
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety and sanitation protocols
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance patient satisfaction
- Provide direct supervision of 43 union hourly associates

What You Bring
- Minimum 1 year of food service supervisory or management experience
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with digital tools
- Proven ability to engage, motivate, and lead hourly staff
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
- Previous healthcare food service experience strongly preferred

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
