Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a Patient Food Service Manager at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital located in Jefferson City, MO. This strategic food service leader will direct and manage the patient feeding operations at this medial enter. This food service manager will lead, mentor and develop a team of frontline staff and supervisors and will work closely with nurses and patients to ensure we are meeting and exceeding expectations.

- lead the daily operations of patient room service dining program
- rounding with patients and nurses to promote and improve patient satisfaction
- manage, schedule and train frontline team and supervisors
- coordinate department safety and sanitation
- ensure operating standards meet and exceed benchmarks

What You Bring
- management experience in the hospitality, hotel, and/or food service industry
- exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- proven ability to meet and exceed the needs and expectations of customers, guests, patients, or clients
- natural ability to lead and build teams and foster engagement
- a background as a Registered Dietitian (RD), Dietetic Technician, and/or Certified Dietary Manager is a plus, but not required

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
