Role Overview

Sodexo Energy & Resource is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to support one of our Oil & Gas clients in Houston, TX. Sodexo Energy & Resource teams deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to diverse locations. From headquarters to offshore rigs, our integrated facilities management, dining and 24/7 hospitality offerings are designed to meet your offshore and onshore service needs.

What You'll Do

  • responsible for overseeing work order tickets in CMMS for services including, but not limited to electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety equipment, security systems, and building hardware, soft services or other projects as needed
  • assist in providing general customer support to resolve issues
  • assist in providing problem analysis and resolution, either via direct communication with the account or by informing the manager of issues that will require a more in depth effort
  • work with other departments for vendor and product compliance
  • may supervise less than two full time employees
