Sodexo is looking for an Office Manager at a manufacturing office site in Lima, Ohio. We are looking for someone who has the ability to multi-task while managing all administrative functions. This manager will have superb organizational skills and excellent communication skills. Typical duties include assisting in a variety of administrative matters; maintain a wide variety of finance, safety, and employee records; compiling information, verifying statistical reports for accuracy and completeness, conducting research and problem solving, and provide accurate, friendly quality service to customers and clients. The position will coordinate, direct, and oversee lower-level unit clericals.

What You'll Do
- Performs more advanced clerical duties in accordance with standard procedures. Maintains records, prepares forms, verifies information, and resolves routine problems. Performs a variety of special projects as needed.
- Multi-tasks performing activities such as photocopying, compiling records, filing, tabulating, posting information and scheduling appointments.
- Operates various office machines and coordinate with Helpdesk to resolve issues/ troubleshoot.
- Perform accounting and financial functions such as data entry, general accounting (accounts payables and accounts receivables) and completion of Sodexo financial reports according to Sodexo policy and procedures.
- Manage office General and Administrative budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Set up and manage contracts with new and existing vendors and service providers.
- Human resources functions (including posting and screening of applicants, and on-boarding, compiling, and maintaining personnel records, entering payroll information, etc.) for the unit.
- Opens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence and prepares outgoing mail. May pick up and deliver packages from loading dock as needed.
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences
- Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures. Participates in regular safety meetings, safety training and hazard assessments. Attends training programs (classroom and virtual) as designated.
- Applies all applicable OSHA and related local safety requirements to all assigned work.
- Reports all accidents and injuries in a timely manner.
- Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
