Location: This position is located onsite at the Descanso Gardens in Los Angeles, CA supporting four units in the region: Descanso Gardens, Hollywood Bowl, Ronald Reagan Presidential Library, and the Ford Amphitheater. Travel expected for this role up to 35 miles a month.

Job Overview:

The Marketing Supervisor for the Los Angels region will support and execute marketing initiatives across our venues, enhancing the guest experience and drive event awareness. The role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to create, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that enhance the unit's brand, attract new business, and foster positive relationships with the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the four units, including digital, print, and event-specific campaigns.
  • Work closely with internal teams to design marketing materials, advertisements, and social media content to drive awareness and attendance for events.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications are aligned with Sodexo Live! and the client's brand standards.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth, new audiences, and innovative marketing channels.
  • Work closely with event organizers, promoters, and vendors to ensure effective marketing and outreach for each unit.
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing efforts using KPIs, sales data, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, community outreach, or public relations.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, social media management, and content creation.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with an ability to innovate and execute marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Experience in the hospitality, event management, or food and beverage industry.
