Role Overview
Sodexo has an opening for a Manager of Supply Management (Subcontracting) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of business risk, commercial governance, and subcontractor negotiations within the Facilities Management industry. This role will focus on managing third-party service provider relationships, ensuring compliance with Sodexo and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities include the following:
- Execute the end-to-end subcontracting process for Sodexo North America

- Conduct RFI/RFP's with a prequalified supply chain
- Draft subcontract agreements aligned with varying scope, policy, KPI, and pricing requirements of Sodexo clients and operations
- Negotiate favorable contractual terms, with a focus on driving value and procurement compliance
- Manage subcontractor relationships, ensuring safety and risk profiles are within defined guidelines
- Continuously improve the subcontract supply chain through value initiatives, best-practice improvements, and other key projects in support of the enterprise
- Develop and cultivate strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What You Bring
Key qualifications include:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations or related field
- 3+ years of progressive experience
- Project Management skills
- Excellent Negotiation skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Collaborative team player
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI)
