Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking an Accounting Manager for the Balance Sheet Accounting Department within the Financial Shared Service office in Cheektowaga, New York.
This role will have oversight of NORAM Balance Sheet ensuring compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
What You'll Do
- Financial reporting and analysis for NORAM Balance Sheet variances
- Intercompany Accounting - support of entire process
- Acquisition / integration support (including Chart of Accounts mapping and other accounting conversion support)
- Support Regional and Global projects
- Partner with Segment Support and Financial Planning & Analysis with coordination of monthly SAP Financial Close process
- Blackline / Account Reconciliation oversight
- Coordinate PBC process for external auditors (EY) as needed

What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, finance, or a similar role.
- CPA preferred, not required
