Role Overview
Sodexo Energy & Resource is seeking an Internal Staffing Associate to join our Harahan, LA team. The Internal Staffing Associate will support the segment with payroll and other HR functionalities from the Regional Office in Harahan. Sodexo Energy & Resource teams deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to diverse locations. From headquarters to offshore rigs, our integrated facilities management, dining and 24/7 hospitality offerings are designed to meet your offshore and onshore service needs.

What You'll Do
- Manage and process timecards in a timely manner in order for payroll to run effectively
- Administer the launch of Frontline Sodexo employees to training for recertification training, necessary random drug screenings, and for annual physicals
- Handle necessary staffing issues under supervision of Internal Staffing Manager and Operations Manager
- Maintain awareness of various Human Resource Laws including FMLA, HIPPA, etc.
- Keep Internal Staffing Manager aware of potential issues or risks with frontline Sodexo employees

- Experience managing and processing timecards for payroll
- Eagerness to learn
- Detail oriented, flexible, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent logistics, organizational and communication skills
- Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)
