Location: We are seeking an experienced Insights Manager to join our Corporate Marketing Team! This is a Remote position.
Job Overview:
The Insights Manager will play a critical role in shaping strategy through data-driven decision making. This role is responsible for leading consumer research and insights initiatives across our portfolio of live event venues, including stadiums, arenas, convention centers, and cultural attractions. The Insights Manager will combine market research, data analysis and visualization, and storytelling to uncover consumer behaviors and preferences, identify market dynamics, and generate actionable insights that inform strategic decision making, strengthen client relationships and differentiate Sodexo Live! for growth. This person will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Culinary, Operations, and Data Analytics teams, to ensure our strategies and offerings are grounded in a deep understanding of fans, guests, and industry trends
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of qualitative and quantitative consumer research, including surveys, focus groups, interviews, and observational studies.
- Analyze data from multiple sources (e.g. sales, consumer and client feedback, market research, third-party data) to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and deliver clear, compelling, and actionable insights through reports and presentations tailored to key stakeholder audiences.
- Partner with Operations, Data Analytics, Culinary, Growth and Retention, and Marketing teams to translate insights into strategies that drive growth, enhance fan engagement, and improve customer experience.
- Use analytics and visualization tools to create impactful reporting that clearly and concisely communicates findings.
- Manage external research vendors and agencies as needed, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget alignment.
- Stay current on relevant consumer, cultural, and industry trends to proactively inform strategy.

Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, market research, business, statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or data analytics
- Experience in foodservice, hospitality, and/or live events
- Proven ability to design, manage, and analyze both qualitative and quantitative research projects
- Strong analytical skills with experience using research and analytics platforms (e.g. Qualtrics, Nielsen, SPSS, Tableau, Power BI, Excel)
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data into clear recommendations and action items
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Some travel required up to 25% of the time based on events.
