We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Manager 1 to join our team at UT Health Tyler located in Tyler, TX. This role will support recruitment, onboarding, constructive counseling, processing terminations, and conducting employee orientations. If you are an outgoing, approachable individual with a strong willingness to learn, we want to hear from you!

- process employee terminations in compliance with company policies;
- contribute to employee engagement initiatives and programs, fostering a positive workplace culture;
- conduct employee orientations, ensuring all new hires receive relevant information and resources; and
- provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.

What You Bring
- fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Teams);
- able to create and facilitate training utilizing webinars;
- detailed oriented, flexible, and have ability to manage multiple priorities; and
- have excellent organization, communication and project management skills.
