- Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional service quality.
- Lead and train staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring proper stock of food and beverage supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food presentation and safety.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations in all food service areas.
- Assist in developing menus that align with event themes and guest preferences.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant management roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and staff.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality.
- Experience in training development is a plus.
