Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional service quality.
• Lead and train staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring proper stock of food and beverage supplies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food presentation and safety.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations in all food service areas.
• Assist in developing menus that align with event themes and guest preferences.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant management roles.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and staff.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality.
• Experience in training development is a plus.
