Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a Hospitality Manager - Patient Services at St. Luke's Guest House in Boise, Idaho. This strategic leader will manage and oversee all guest services, direct and develop a team of frontline employees, and ensure guest satisfaction for the 14-room guest house at St. Luke's Regional Medical Center
What You'll Do
- lead the daily operations related to all guest services
- coordinate the department's safety programs
- ensure operating standards meet and exceed benchmarks
- manage, schedule and train frontline team and supervisors

What You Bring
- experience in hotels and/or guest services
- experience managing housekeeping and/or environmental services associates
- natural ability to lead and build teams and foster engagement
- proficient computer skills (experience with reservation systems, a plus)
- demonstrated organization and time management skills
