Role Overview
Sodexo is hiring our Grounds Manager 1 for Kent Denver School. Our successful candidate will have technical knowledge on managing turf (natural and artificial), flower beds, lawns and fruit trees. A strong sense of customer service for our clients, teachers and students is a priority in our day-to-day work. Our leader will have good interpersonal skills to motivate and mentor our team. Arborist or horticulturalist experience and the ability to obtain the CO Pesticide and Herbicide Application Certifications within 90 days are preferred. This role requires a valid driver's license and clearing driving background check.

What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate our team
- Work with high-profile clients
- Manage day to day activities in our work order systems
- Manage inventory and supply software for ordering and reporting
- Instill a strong sense of customer service as a priority in day-to-day work
- Assist in leading the development of the innovations and the implementation of more efficient grounds management practices

What You Bring
