Role Overview

Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking an General Manager/Chef Manager to join our team at Harris Clifton in Clifton NJ. The current food landscape consists of Cafe and Catering. The GM/Chef Manager will be the number 1 on site and the Chef for the business. 60% of the role is culinary focused and 40% are the GM duties.

Incentives

M-F 6am to 4pm schedule with no evenings or weekends

What You'll Do

• Manage the client relationship
• Manage the budget/finances
• Menu planning
• Ordering
• Inventory
• Catering production
• Managing a team of 6 hourly employees

Qualifications & Requirements
