Sodexo's Campus Segment is seeking a General Manager 4 - Food for Franklin Pierce University, located in Rindge, New Hampshire.
Franklin Pierce is a small, private, non-profit, accredited university with an enrollment of approximately 1,400 students. The campus overlooks scenic Pearly Pond and is just a few miles from Mount Monadnock. Known for its close-knit community and innovative academic programs, the university fosters a unique and meaningful college experience.

What You'll Do
- Provide overall leadership and oversight of daily food operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals and service
- Drive financial performance by meeting company and client targets, including oversight of POS systems and cash handling
- Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and service excellence
- Lead, coach, and mentor frontline (hourly) staff to create a motivated and efficient team
- Ensure compliance with Sodexo's safety and quality standards, including food and physical safety programs

What You Bring
- Strong leadership experience in food service management, preferably in a college/university or campus setting
- Proven financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and drive profitability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive client, customer, and team relationships
- Commitment to quality and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all Sodexo policies and procedures
- Experience managing and developing hourly staff, with a focus on coaching, training, and team-building
- Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain upon hire
