Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a strategic and energetic General Manager 4 to lead our food service operations at Granite Telecommunications in Quincy, MA. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing a diverse and dynamic hospitality program that includes a café, catering, coffee shop, and office coffee services.

Food Program Highlights:

• Café Hours: 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday-Friday
• Stations: Grill, deli, entrée, salad bar, and grab-and-go
• Coffee Services: Full-service coffee shop and office coffee program
• Catering: Corporate meetings, celebrations, and executive events

What You'll Do

As the on-site General Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for our client, responsible for:

• Client relationship management - Build trust and deliver exceptional service.
• Team leadership - Guide a talented team including 1 salaried Executive Chef and 9 hourly staff.
• Financial performance - Manage budgets, drive revenue, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Operational excellence - Oversee daily service across multiple food platforms.
• Event execution - Lead special events such as holiday parties and company celebrations.
• Regional support - Support Sodexo accounts in the Greater Boston area when needed.
