Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 for UMass Memorial Health located in Marlborough, MA. In this role, you will report to the Food Area GM, and be part of the leadership team overseeing a team of approximately 20 frontline employees.
At UMass Memorial Health - Marlborough Hospital, the team delivers exceptional care in a supportive and welcoming environment. They offer advanced emergency care as well as a wide range of inpatient, outpatient and surgical services. What You'll Do
- deliver high quality food services including retail and patient meal management operations
- focus on developing efficiencies and drive growth for the account
- maintain cash control and payroll records
- lead training and development of all staff
- ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance
