The best qualified General Manager will have a proven track record of managing a high volume residential dining program with multiple food retail concepts and high end/high volume catering.

What You'll Do
Are You the Candidate We are Looking for? The successful candidate will:
- Have oversight of all Campus Dining programs including Student Dining, Food Retail and Catering.
- Through strong leadership, manage multiple managers and ensure accountability of training employees to deliver high level of service and maintain Sodexo standards.
- Develop and maintain client and customer relationships
- Develop strategic plans

What You Bring
Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:
- 2 - 4 years in management experience in a high volume dining operation; such as campus, hospitals, corporate accounts, etc and knowledge of contract management.
- Strong history of demonstrating employee engagement, leadership skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively
- Can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
- Working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) or is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.
