What You'll Do

As General Manager, you'll be the strategic and operational leader of the account, responsible for delivering exceptional service and driving business results. Key responsibilities include:

• Full financial oversight of food and labor costs
• Forecasting and planning to meet operational goals
• Menu development and costing in collaboration with culinary leadership
• Catering management for daily service and special events
• Ensuring HACCP compliance and food safety standards
• Providing constructive feedback and mentorship to team members
• Building strong client relationships and managing day-to-day operations
