Sodexo Corporate Services is hiring a General Manager 3 for its JMFE account in Jacksonville, FL. This hands-on role oversees daily food operations for a full-service café, including cooking, budgeting, training, strategic planning, catering, and HR duties. The GM will supervise up to 9 hourly staff and one culinary supervisor while ensuring high standards in culinary presentation and client engagement. Ideal candidates will have a strong culinary background, solid organizational and communication skills, and strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financials and implement action plans.
