Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 2 for Atrium Health Cleveland Pines, a 120 bed long term care facility in Shelby, NC. This General Manager 2 will oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, food & nutrition service staff (12 frontline associates), financial systems, the HACCP process, and customer service programs and enhancements at this SodexoMagic account. This is a hands-on position with a heavy focus on customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong management background with prior experience in hospitals and/or senior living.

- have oversight of day-to-day dining operations;

- develop and maintain strong client and customer relationships;

What You Bring
- ideally have a culinary background;
- are able to manage multiple priorities;
- have commercial acumen and a good level of computer literacy;
- are enthusiastic, confident and warm;
- have a positive approach to tasks with a can-do attitude and impeccable attention to detail;
- possess a CDM or enrolled with a completion date within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years
