Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a dynamic Multi-Service General Manager to lead a site of critical core services across a high-profile account for a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical client located in Collegeville, PA. This role functions as the leader for multiple facility services, in a single account. You are the point of contact for our client in managing the day-to-day business for facility services such as but not limited to Pest Control, Grounds Keeping, Landscaping, Mechanical, HVAC, Janitorial, Security, Labs, and more.

What You'll Do
- Oversight of facility maintenance, repairs, inspections, and cleanliness standards to ensure safe and efficient operations across all facilities.
- Manage external providers and vendors, ensuring high service standards and timely resolution of issues.
- Provide oversight through planned and unplanned site visits; implement new technology, processes, and resources across all facilities under contract.
- Develop and execute strategies aligned with client goals, including capital project planning, service enhancements, and innovation.
- Manage facility budgets, including forecasting, allocation, and expenditure control.
- Serve as the primary liaison for the client; build and maintain a strong partnership while supporting contract negotiations and strategic discussions.
