We are seeking a reliable, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As the first point of contact for employees, vendors, and visitors, this role plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and organized workplace environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills, along with a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk & Visitor Management:
    • Greet and assist employees, vendors, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring proper documentation and security protocols are followed.
    • Issue and print identification badges for employees, contractors, and vendors.
  • Operational Support:
    • Respond to employees' inquiries and operational requests efficiently and courteously.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to address immediate needs or concerns at the front desk or within the office.
  • HR Administrative Tasks:
    • Support the Human Resources department by completing HR-related reports and maintaining accurate, confidential records.
    • Provide general onboarding information and guidance to new employees, including directions, paperwork requirements, and first-day protocols.
  • Event & Game Day Assistance:
    • Assist with on-site logistics, check-ins, and support during game days or company events as needed.
    • Provide clear communication and direction to staff and vendors during event operations.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Proficiency with standard office equipment, including badge printers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday with occasional weekend shifts for events or game days.

Work Schedule:
  • Part-Time: 32 hours per week
  • Typical Hours: Monday to Friday (exact schedule to be determined)
  • Weekend Availability: Some weekend days required, especially during special events or game days.
