We are currently seeking a Food Operations Manager 2 to lead patient and retail food service operations. If you're a creative, service-driven leader who thrives in a collaborative healthcare environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
SodexoMagic is the joint venture partnership between NBA Hall of Famer, Earvin "Magic" Johnson and Sodexo. This strategic alliance enables us to deliver creative solutions to our clients along with our local partners throughout the communities we serve. For almost 20 years, we have provided top-level food, facilities management and integrated services to corporations, healthcare facilities, K-12 schools, colleges, universities and aviation lounges.
What You'll Do
- Oversee patient room service, café, and coffee shop operations to ensure a high-quality dining experience.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership and departments to align food service strategy with UnityPoint's mission and values.
- Partner with culinary teams to drive innovation, food quality, and presentation.
- Use Sodexo tools and processes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.

- Experience in food service or hospitality management, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Management Experience - 2 yearsMinimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
