Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Manager in its Service Operations Finance organization at our North American Headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland. The candidate will support special projects and process improvement. We are looking for a motivated self-starter with a strong attention to detail and curiosity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. This position will be working a hybrid work schedule.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager II, Service Operations Finance. The role will have a focus on Supply Chain revenue, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the assigned tasks and will work closely with a team of experienced finance professionals to deliver Sodexo's reporting requirements.

What You'll Do

  • Work with US Supply Management and Segment Finance groups to create and maintain complex financial models to forecast and track Supply Chain revenues.
  • Analyze financial data, identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth, and provide insightful reports to senior management.
  • Work proactively to identify problems and implement innovative solutions.
  • Maintain company databases as necessary.
  • Work in a team environment to ensure department deadlines are met.
  • Foster cooperation toward achieving department and organizational goals.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

What You Bring

  • Strong business ethics and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work with databases, analyze data, and provide reporting.
  • High attention to detail, comfort with ambiguity, and an ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and process improvement experience.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills and an ability to respect deadlines.
  • Strong financial acumen, data management, and analysis skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with all levels of organization to work effectively across the organization.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power Bi, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Access
  • Knowledge of and experience with procurement, supply chain data, including Manufacturer, Supplier, and Distributor entities.
  • Able to comprehend and use database query tools.
  • Ability to create management reports summarizing financial estimates and performance.
