Role Overview

Sodexo is hiring our Maintenance Manager to lead 14 talented skilled trades technicians across 20 locations for Beaufort County K-12 Schools in South Carolina. Our successful leader will manage 14 individuals across multiple skilled trades (MEP), have great team building skills, and be able to jump in hands on to support the skilled trades. This leadership role will be responsible for developing relationships with key clients including principals. This is a potential sale and contingent offers will be made.

  • Set up clear expectations and deliver on those expectations
  • Inventory management to properly support the equipment
  • Delivering consistent operations
  • Manage the inventory system

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 2 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services
