Executive Chef - St. Bart's Inside Park Restaurant, New York, NY
The Good Eating Company is seeking a passionate and innovative Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations at St. Bart's Inside Park, a bustling 150-seat restaurant and bar located in Midtown Manhattan. Serving lunch and dinner Monday through Friday, the restaurant also hosts a variety of catered events, including corporate functions.
About the Role:
As Executive Chef, you'll be the creative and operational leader of the kitchen, responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences through inspired menus, flawless execution, and strong team leadership. You'll oversee all aspects of culinary operations-from sourcing and food preparation to kitchen management and event catering-while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

What You'll Do
- Design and execute seasonal, innovative menus that reflect the restaurant's upscale, contemporary style
- Lead and mentor a talented culinary team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
- Manage food cost, inventory, and vendor relationships to ensure profitability and sustainability
- Oversee catering operations for special events, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
- Leverage culinary software systems to streamline operations and reporting
